My name is Noelle Frost! I'm a color specialist located in Gilbert, Arizona. I focus on maintaining healthy hair and love doing blonde transformations, vivids, and dimensional color! FAQ’s: Where am I located? 1714 W Guadalupe Rd Gilbert AZ 85233 Suite 239, tucked upstairs in the corner! Can I bring a friend? I ask that you don’t bring any extra people into the suite unless approved my me. It’s a small space! Do you offer refunds? I cannot offer refunds for any services already rendered. I do have a 7 day guarantee to make any adjustments agreed upon by the client and I. What should I wear? Something you wouldn’t mind staining! No turtlenecks, hoodies, designer etc, especially for long color services. I will do my best to protect your clothing but things do happen and I cannot prevent it 100%. Do I need to tip? If you want! I never ever expect tips from clients nor is it a requirement to be my client!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Client has until 48 hours before the appointment to cancel. If done after that, 50% of the service will be charged. Same day cancels are subject to paying the same fee of 50% or the service cost! Can be applied to next service at my discretion as long as booked within a month of the cancel. Absolutely no refunds, by booking you are agreeing to this policy. Please know that I can adjust color or toner within 7 days of service but cannot return any money for services already rendered. Thank you for understanding.
